Well a lot of things come into play when quoting a price for you…

We need to know:

• What type of event you are holding
• How many guests/delegates will attend
• How much you want us to take care of for you
• Type of event planning requested and much more…

We have different packages available that help you when avoiding blowing the budget and best of all… if your event doesn’t fit into one of our already-made packages, we will create one just for you!

So… How does Phoenix 3 Events work?

From word go we make sure that your needs are being met. We assure that we are creating an event that meets YOUR needs and not ours, after all… It is ALL ABOUT YOU!

The first thing we’ll do is send one of our trained staff to sit with you. You and the Phoenix 3 Events Team Member will go through a questionnaire that will help us understand the when, where, what, why and hows of your event. Together we can create magic!

Packages

• The Full Package

  This one is where you leave everything in our hands. We will organize everything from A to Z and keep you up to date on a regular basis so you have no reason to stress. From invites to guest list to set up and clean up we’ll do everything for you so you can just sit back and enjoy the event. This package is charged on a flat fee that starts from $450.00 depending on the finer details of the event.

• The Part Package

  This is the kind of planning where you only want us to do certain things for you. For example you may have a venue planned or want to book your own DJ but you may require our help to take some of the pressure off the other details. You tell us exactly what things you want us to organize and we make sure it gets done for you. This package is charged on an hourly basis at a fee of $50.00 per hour.

  Price: $50 per hour

• The Entertainment Package

  This package means that we organize your entertainment for you. From singers and dancers to contortionists to bands and DJ’s … you want it, you got it! Tell us what your ideas are and let us bring the talent to you. This package can range in price depending on the size and type of act.

In all cases the initial meeting with us is free! We’ll even shout the coffee! Any fee will be discussed with you at length before anything is charged or booked.
